¶ 1. Ned Jackson has appealed from an order entered in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County denying, without hearing, any relief on his motion for post-conviction relief. We conclude that Jackson's motion was, in fact, a second attempt to gain post-conviction relief that did not fall within any of the statutory exceptions to the provision that bars subsequent filings after one motion has been acted upon by the court.
