Kevin Cain, a/k/a Kevin Ross, the defendant herein, was found guilty as charged of one count of armed robbery, a violation of La. R.S. 14:64. The district court imposed a sentence of 50 years at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence. The sole assignment of error on appeal is whether the evidence was sufficient to support the jury's verdict of guilty. Specifically, the defendant argues that the evidence was not sufficient...
