[¶ 1] Manley C. Gove Sr. and Tri Berwick Realty, Inc., (collectively, Gove) appeal from the judgment of the Superior Court (York County, Fritzsche, J.) granting a summary judgment to Jonathan L. Carter, the town manager for the Town of Wells.
