On this appeal we are asked to determine whether an inaccurate scale map accompanying an incorporation petition can be deemed to "reasonably show[] the boundaries" of the territory to be incorporated as required under WIS. STAT. § 66.014(2)(c) (1997-98).1 Our answer is that if the scale map and description, when viewed together, fairly apprise the public of the territory...
