This case came before us on October 2, 2001, on appeal by the defendant, A. Cardi Realty Associates (Cardi), and a cross-appeal by the plaintiff, the Town of West Greenwich (town), from a judgment in the Superior Court that permanently enjoined Cardi from continuing to operate a large-scale commercial earth removal and gravel business on property in the town.
