The appellant, Allison P. Isham, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. After Isham's driver's license was administratively revoked, she was charged with driving under the influence. Isham filed a plea in bar, contending that once her license was administratively revoked, any later criminal prosecution violated the Double Jeopardy Clauses of the Fifth Amendment to the U .S. Constitution and art. I, § 12, of the Nebraska Constitution...
