ComServ, Inc. (ComServ) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County (trial court) entering judgement against ComServ for breach of contract. In turn, the Township of Indiana (Township) cross-appeals from the trial court's order limiting ComServ's liability for its breach to $30,000.
