On February 9, 2001, this Court issued its Findings of Fact and Conclusions of law in this case in which it found that Defendants violated Plaintiffs' First Amendment rights by retaliating against them for writing a letter to a local newspaper in response to a previous letter printed in the newspaper on the subject of prison conditions.
