PER CURIAM.

We have on appeal the judgment and sentence of the trial court imposing a death sentence upon Thomas Woodel. We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 3(b)(1), Fla. Const. For the reasons expressed below, we affirm the convictions but vacate the two death sentences and remand with instructions that there be a new sentencing proceeding before the trial court in accord with the procedures set forth in
