On August 17, 2000, formal charges were filed by the Committee on Inquiry of the Second Disciplinary District of relator Nebraska State Bar Association against respondent Ronald E. Frank. Also on August 17, amended formal charges consisting of two counts were filed against Frank by the Disciplinary Review Board. A referee was appointed and heard evidence.
