("Wharfhouse"), petitions this Court for writ of mandamus directing the Montgomery Circuit Court to set Wharfhouse's claims against McInnis Corporation ("McInnis") for pretrial conference pursuant to Rule 16(a), Ala. R. Civ. P, and, additionally or alternatively, directing the circuit court to set for trial Wharfhouse's remaining claims.
