Plaintiff was a passenger in a vehicle owned and driven by her ex-husband. That vehicle was involved in a collision with a vehicle operated by Mixon. Plaintiff was injured and was awarded damages of $150,028.23 in an arbitration proceeding. Mixon had no automobile liability insurance.
