¶ 1 David L. Orlob (Orlob) appeals a summary judgment ruling that concludes he has no individual interest in a contract (the Combined Agreement) he signed as an individual and corporate officer with Wasatch Medical Management (Wasatch) and its principal partners (the Jensens). Orlob also appeals a partial summary judgment ruling denying that he had personally contracted "not to compete with Wasatch and Jensens...
