After his release from prison to parole supervision and the transfer of that supervision to Georgia, petitioner was arrested on charges of burglary and arson in Georgia. He subsequently entered a plea of guilty to the charges, was sentenced to a period of probation and was returned to this State for a final parole revocation hearing on the violation of release report filed as a result of the Georgia charges.
