[¶ 1.] Prior to taking a trip to Rapid City, Leslie Martin, the decedent, hand-wrote a will leaving all of her property to her daughter, Ann Sheridan. The will left nothing to Martin's other two daughters, Susan Maestas and Melodee Pullan. Upon discovery of the holographic will, Ann filed a petition for Formal Probate of Will.
