I. Nature of the Case

This case presents an issue of first impression for this Court regarding the interpretation of a provision in an automobile insurance policy that declares a $100,000 "per person" liability limit for bodily injury damages and a $300,000 "per occurrence" liability limit for bodily injury damages. Here, two pedestrians were killed by a single car and Michele D. Buckallew, the personal representative of the decedents' estates...
