The appellant challenges the order by which the trial court denied his Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 motion for postconviction relief. Only one of the claims presented in the motion requires discussion, the claim that the appellant's trial counsel provided ineffective assistance by failing to request an instruction as to a lesser included offense.
