SULLIVAN, Justice.

We affirm Defendant Gary Vitek's murder conviction for his role in killing a man and burying his body in cement. We find that Defendant's actions after the killing constituted sufficient evidence to convict. Because the police were conducting a valid missing person investigation, we reject his argument that there was an illegal warrantless search.
