PER CURIAM.

John Errol Ferguson, an inmate under sentence of death, appeals an order entered by the trial court summarily denying his motion for postconviction relief pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(1), Fla. Const. For the reasons that follow we affirm the summary denial of Ferguson's postconviction motion.
