[¶ 1.] The Icehouse, Inc. ("Icehouse") leased portions of a building owned by Paul Geissler and PTG Enterprises, LLC (collectively referred to as "Geissler"). The applicable leases extended through March 5, 2001, with an option to renew for another five-year term held by Icehouse.
