¶ 1 Donny Ray George, petitioner herein, seeks a writ of habeas corpus. Petitioner pled guilty to two counts of sexual intercourse without consent in the Twentieth Judicial District Court, Lake County. On September 22, 1999, the District Court sentenced him to ten years with two years suspended in Cause No. DC-99-10 and to ten years, all suspended, in Cause No. DC-99-18.
