Pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, defendant pleaded guilty to two counts of forgery in the second degree, four counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree and six counts of criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree. In exchange, she was sentenced to pay restitution and to serve concurrent prison terms of 2 1/3 to 7 years on each count of forgery in the second degree and on each count of criminal possession of a forged instrument...
