Plaintiff, Jane McDaniel Pease, filed a rule to modify custody and a request for temporary custody. Defendant, Mark K. Pease, filed the declinatory exception raising the objection of lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Additionally, he asserted the principle of forum non conveniens.
