Plaintiffs commenced this action to recover damages for injuries allegedly sustained when plaintiff Charles Lake was exposed to what he claims was a hazardous substance in the course of his employment. The action was apparently delayed while Lake pursued a workers' compensation claim against his employer in Pennsylvania.
