Plaintiffs, the Regents of the University of Colorado and Buffalo Power Corporation, challenge the summary judgment entered in favor of defendant, Harbert Construction Company, the contractor that built the facility. Plaintiffs also appeal from the judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of defendant, U.S. Turbine Corporation...
