R.J.E. appeals from adjudication of delinquency based on the district court's finding that he committed criminal sexual conduct in the fifth degree. R.J.E. argues that the district court erred by denying his motion to suppress a statement that was taken from him by a police officer at his school in violation of his Miranda rights, and that without the statement, there is insufficient evidence to support a finding that he committed...
