A jury convicted Karen Parker of theft by taking, and she appeals. Parker contends that the court erred by denying her motion for a directed verdict of acquittal. We disagree and affirm the conviction.

Viewed in the light most favorable to the verdict, the evidence shows that on the afternoon of October 18, 1996, between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m., $1,200 disappeared from the customer service cash register of a Kroger grocery store in Lawrenceville...
