Joseph Ienco filed this lawsuit under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, claiming that the City of Chicago and Police Officers Keith Angarone and Thomas McGann violated Ienco's civil rights by subjecting him to malicious prosecution. Ienco also asserts unspecified violations of his rights under the First, Fourth, Fifth, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendments, and a pendent state law claim of malicious prosecution...
