Found guilty as charged by an 11-1 jury vote, Aaron Joseph Clark appeals his conviction on one count of possession of "methamphetamine or amphetamine" with intent to distribute. Trial testimony from a forensic chemist established the CDS at issue was, in fact, amphetamine.
