¶ 1. Theresa Migues, on behalf of her minor daughter, Stephanie Tillman, sued David Singletary and Stacey Powe in the Harrison County Circuit Court. While swimming in the Tchoutacabouffa River, Tillman sustained injuries when a powerboat driven by Powe and owned by Singletary struck her.
