Warren Brazeau was convicted of being a felon in possession of a firearm and was sentenced to 33 months in prison. Brazeau appeals his sentence, arguing that the district court incorrectly set his base offense level by wrongly treating a prior state conviction for possession of a short-barreled shotgun as a crime of violence. Because we agree with the district court that possession of a short-barreled shotgun constitutes a crime of violence...
