Diane Charlotte Romero and Huey Romero filed this medical malpractice action against Joseph H. Bellina, M.D., and Bonnabel Hospital. The Romeros (hereinafter Plaintiffs) reached a settlement with Bonnabel Hospital, and the case proceeded to trial against Dr. Bellina alone. The trial court rendered a judgment in favor of the Plaintiffs. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
