Appellant E.V. contends that the trial court erred in terminating her parental rights because she is adequately rehabilitated, her case was over-managed, and termination is not in the child's best interests. Because the trial court's findings do not address whether appellant's attempts to comply with the case plan failed to correct the conditions that led to her son's out-of-home placement, cautious review of the case requires that...
