Plaintiff Frank Cocca, Jr. (hereinafter plaintiff) and his wife, derivatively, commenced this action to recover for injuries allegedly sustained from a vehicular accident that occurred on May 15, 1996 when defendant Robert A. Conway, operating a station wagon towing a trailer, made a right turn into the right rear passenger side of plaintiff's minivan.
