Defendant-Appellant Habib Shabazz, also known as "Rahman" (Shabazz), appeals the June 13, 2000 Order of Resentencing, entered by Third Circuit Court Judge Riki May Amano, sentencing Shabazz to imprisonment "for a term of not more than TEN YEARS with credit for time served." We affirm.
