Appellant, Larry Ballard, was convicted of terroristic threatening in the first degree, a Class D felony. Following a bench trial, he was sentenced to three years' probation, a fine of $300, and court costs. Appellant argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion to dismiss for lack of a speedy trial. We reverse and dismiss.
