Plaintiff Grace Madejski, for herself and as personal representative of the estate of Anna Madejski, appeals as of right an amended order granting summary disposition for defendant Kotmar Limited (herein "defendant")1 and an order denying plaintiff's motion for leave to file a second amended complaint in this wrongful death action. We reverse and remand.
