PER CURIAM.

Appellant, Ronald B. Spring, appeals from an order denying his Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a) motion for postconviction relief. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

Appellant claims, and the record reveals, that he was sentenced to terms of fifty years incarceration on at least two of the life felonies of which he was convicted. "When a court opts for a term of years instead of a life sentence for a life felony... it may not impose...
