Allan Parmelee appeals his convictions for one count of felony stalking and three counts of gross misdemeanor violation of either a protection order or a no-contact order. We affirm the convictions but remand for resentencing because two of Parmelee's convictions for violation of a protection order merge with the stalking conviction, and the trial court erred by imposing probation conditions
