The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (the Commission) appeals a nonfinal order denying its motion to dismiss a declaratory judgment action filed by William D. Wilkinson. The only portion of this order currently within our scope of review is the issue of venue. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.130(a)(3)(A).
