Plaintiffs, Richard and Cindy Kuszewskis, appeal the administrative decision that held that the Chippewa Valley Schools (CVS) provided their son Brian a free appropriate public education (FAPE) as required by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). 20 U.S.C. § 1400, et seq.
