This case is before this Court for the second time. On January 15, 1986, following a jury trial, defendant, Chester Ulman, was convicted of possession with intent to deliver more than 650 grams of cocaine, M.C.L. § 333.7401(2)(a)(i); MSA 14.15(7401)(2)(a)(i). Defendant was sentenced to life in prison. Before trial, defendant had unsuccessfully challenged statements contained in the affidavit supporting the search warrant that led to the seizure...
