Chase Manhattan Bank ("Chase") commenced this adversary proceeding to determine the dischargeability of a portion of the credit card debt owed to it by the debtor, Claudine Pantelias. Chase issued the debtor a credit card many years before the debtor's bankruptcy, but within three months before bankruptcy, she charged several thousand dollars...
