{1} Petitioner Marvin Patterson pleaded no contest to one count of armed robbery with a firearm enhancement, see NMSA 1978, § 30-16-2 (1973) and NMSA 1978, § 31-18-16 (1993), in the Second Judicial District Court and was convicted.
