Ernesto Palacios appeals from the trial court's order denying his motion to withdraw his guilty plea. We affirm.

On May 25, 2000, on the eve of trial, Palacios pled guilty to aggravated stalking, OCGA § 16-5-91, a felony, and was sentenced to five years probation. As a result of his felony conviction, the Immigration & Naturalization Service jailed Palacios pending deportation proceedings. Palacios argues that his plea was not knowingly...
