Donald Leon Jett was convicted of one count of statutory burglary, in violation of Code § 18.2-91, and one count of robbery, in violation of Code § 18.2-58. On appeal, he contends (1) that the trial court erred by misapplying the Virginia Sentencing Guide-lines, and (2) that Code § 19.2-298.01(F), denying appellate review, denied him due process.
