¶ 1 Before us is the Commonwealth's appeal of the trial court's order suppressing evidence seized pursuant to a search warrant found to be invalid. We are asked to determine the question of first impression of whether a warrant is valid which is otherwise complete, except that it lacks the signature of the district justice who ostensibly issued the warrant, where the district justice testified at the suppression hearing that he intended to sign and issue...
