On February 7, 2000, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, respondent, Paul F. Gambrel of Poland, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0020716, pled guilty to mail fraud conspiracy in violation of Section 371, Title 18, U.S.Code.
