OPINION

MEYERS, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

Appellant entered a plea of guilty to murder and the trial court deferred a finding of guilt and placed appellant on deferred adjudication for ten years. Appellant was later adjudged guilty of murder by the trial court, after having violated the terms of his probation, and was sentenced to thirty years confinement. The Fifth Court of Appeals affirmed the judgment in an unpublished opinion.
