Robert W. Petherbridge (Appellant) appeals from the July 7, 2000 order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County (trial court) denying Appellant's motion for post-trial relief. Appellant filed his motion for post-trial relief in connection with the trial court's June 26, 2000 order entering judgment against Appellant and in favor of the City of Philadelphia (City).
